Council of Delegates

 
The Council of Delegates (COD) is comprised of a delegate and alternate delegate from each section and represents IMSA members at the International level. In addition to developing a strategic plan, the COD also shares opinions on subjects of common interest to all components of IMSA. It suggests technical topics for the following year’s Annual Meeting. The COD elects the four directors-at-large to the Board of Directors from among those nominated by the Nominating Committee.
